Carmen is a compassionate and insightful mindset and empowerment coach. She draws upon her personal journey of overcoming adversity and her deep connection to ancient spiritual wisdom to guide clients toward breaking free from limiting beliefs and finding their authentic voices.
Dan offers a strong, tactical perspective gained from 30 years as an entrepreneur. He understands the challenges of managing a business, leading employees, making payroll and balancing work and family life.

About
Carmen
Carmen is one of the most kind and gentle beings you will ever meet. Her compassion and respect for others is always present while she coaches her clients fearlessly to help them overcome their own limiting beliefs. She never judges anyone and always sees the good in every person, as she recognizes all of us are spirits having a human experience.
She has overcome her own horrific traumas and challenges with grace and dignity and understands what it takes to truly move from “victim” to “victor”. Her stories are reminders of what the soul can overcome as long as it does not fall into despair and hopelessness. Real healing takes place when one understands life at a much deeper level, and when you remember that life is never working against you, but sometimes works in mysterious ways.
Carmen was born in Mexico and was named after a Mayan Princess who was loved by her people. Sacnicte means “white flower” and symbolizes purity of character that she embodies.
Carmen weaves ancient spiritual wisdom into her coaching effortlessly in modern terms and in a way that anyone can understand. She also facilitates spiritual journeys and retreats upon request to help clients process deeply and experience breakthroughs more quickly.
Dan
Dan believes he can relate to you because he has been through a lot personally and that experience serves him when dealing with clients. He will be the first to tell you that he has learned a lot of things the hard way, and is always working on himself to improve and stay humble.
From a business perspective, Dan has spent the last 30 years running a successful behavioral health company. Dan started as a counselor and case manager and eventually went on to be President and Chairman of the Board of his own company. He understands what it’s like to manage 100 employees while also taking care of a family. He knows the stress of needing to meet a payroll every week, and how to weather storms in an ever-changing industry. He now enjoys mentoring and doing business consulting projects. He is a published author and co-creator of a unique and copyrighted curriculum to address substance abuse and mental health issues.
Spiritually, Dan has made a lot of progress and loves to share any wisdom he has learned with others. At this stage of his life, Dan is focused on the things that truly matter. His goal is to always be his authentic self in everything he does, and to never compromise his personal integrity. Dan believes that the best moments in life are when you are present and truly at peace. The world opens up in ways you never thought possible when you stop trying to control everything and surrender into alignment and go with the flow of the universe.
